1. Pricing, currency, and taxes
Public prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD), with monthly or annual billing. The customer organization may be subject to currency conversion or financial institution fees. Applicable taxes are calculated during Stripe checkout based on the tax information and location provided.
2. Demo and onboarding
The product demonstration does not require payment. If a pilot or evaluation environment is exceptionally offered, its terms and duration will be confirmed in writing before creation. The public Stripe pricing table does not automatically activate a free period.
3. Artificial intelligence usage and credits
Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance per workspace. Credits are not deposited funds and do not roll over between months. A short operation may use 1 credit, standard analysis 5 credits, and advanced review 20 credits. Growth OS selects the AI model according to task complexity and displays usage inside the account.
Credits are charged only when the API returns a successful response. Failed requests release their reservation. Once the monthly limit is reached, new AI operations are paused until the next period, a plan change, or the future activation of an add-on package. The rest of the software and workspace data remain available under the subscribed plan.
Limits may be updated for future billing periods with reasonable notice. AI allowances will not be used to justify invented results, improper applications, or automations without human approval.
4. Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew on the same billing cycle until cancelled. Stripe displays the frequency and amount before payment. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively.
5. Plan or billing-cycle changes
The account owner can manage an upgrade, downgrade, or billing-cycle change from Account and plan. Compatible upgrades are previewed and confirmed through Stripe; downgrades and billing-cycle changes are scheduled for the next period. If current usage exceeds the target plan capacity, Growth OS blocks the downgrade before sending it to Stripe. Plan changes do not automatically delete existing data.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. The organization may request export or workspace closure subject to plan terms and legitimate retention obligations.
7. Refunds and incorrect charges
Periods that have already started are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charge, verified technical error, uncorrected material breach, or mandatory applicable right. Requests must be submitted promptly and include the organization, date, amount, and charge reference.
Chargebacks do not replace the support channel. If you have questions about a charge, contact Growth OS first so it can be investigated and resolved.
