1. Service operator and contact
Growth OS is operated by Intercontinental Art LLC in United States. Privacy requests can be submitted through the Privacy Center or sent to info@growth.exodusandresilience.org.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process professional contact details, organization and role information, demo requests, account and subscription data, activity inside a workspace, documents selected by users, AI prompts and outputs, consent choices, and technical security logs. We ask customers not to upload unnecessary sensitive or children’s data.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to answer requests, deliver and secure the service, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations and improve the product using aggregated or de-identified information. Marketing communications are based on a separate opt-in or another valid legal basis where applicable.
4. Website analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is disabled until analytics consent is granted. Necessary cookies support sessions, security and language. You can reject optional technologies or change your choice at any time through Manage cookies.
5. Artificial intelligence
When an authorized user invokes an AI function, selected context may be sent to the configured API provider to produce the requested output. AI results are drafts, may contain errors and require human review. Growth OS records model and usage metadata where available.
6. Security and data handling
Growth OS applies technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and organizational information. These include authenticated access, role-based permissions, workspace separation, encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, logging and operational security measures. Access to information is limited to authorized users and service providers when necessary to operate, secure or support the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and safeguards are reviewed as the service evolves.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, the contract, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Demo leads, consent receipts, privacy requests and workspace data follow separate retention schedules. Backups may take additional time to cycle out.
8. Providers and international transfers
We use service providers for hosting, payments, AI, analytics and communications. They receive only the data needed for their role. Some processing may take place outside your country. Appropriate contractual and legal safeguards are used where required. See the Subprocessors page for the current operational list.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify identity and organizational authority before disclosing or deleting data. Submit a request through the Privacy Center.
10. Sale, sharing and Global Privacy Control
Growth OS does not sell personal information. Where a law treats targeted-advertising disclosure as sharing, Growth OS honors applicable opt-out signals. The public website recognizes Global Privacy Control and keeps marketing consent disabled when the signal is active.
11. Children
Growth OS is an institutional service and is not directed to children. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards before storing information about minors or vulnerable people.
This notice describes the current technical and operational design. It is not a substitute for legal advice or a customer-specific data processing agreement.
