Clear rules for using Growth OS.

1. Service and operator

Growth OS is institutional growth management software operated by Intercontinental Art LLC. Its functions may include projects, funding intelligence, pipelines, relationships, tasks, documents, evidence, analytics, and subscription administration.

Feature availability depends on the plan, deployment phase, and terms agreed during contracting.

2. Accounts and authorizations

The person who creates or administers a workspace represents that they have authority to act on behalf of the organization. Each user must keep credentials secure, use accurate data, and report unauthorized access. The workspace owner controls invitations, roles, and permissions.

3. Acceptable use

Growth OS may not be used to violate rights, introduce malware, attempt to access other workspaces, bypass technical limits, conduct unlawful activities, or upload information the user has no right to process. We may limit or suspend access when there is a reasonable risk to the platform, other organizations, or third parties.

4. Data and intellectual property

The organization retains its rights to the data and documents it adds. It grants the operator the technical permissions necessary to host, process, back up, and display them within the service. Growth OS software, design, methodology, documentation, and components belong to its operator or licensors.

Global funding intelligence may be shared across workspaces; private notes, assessments, contacts, projects, and documents remain isolated by organization.

5. Availability, changes, and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, modify interfaces, or withdraw experimental features. Support levels and any additional service commitments will be defined in the applicable plan or agreement.

6. Decisions and limitations

Growth OS organizes information and provides guidance. It does not guarantee eligibility, funding, investment, regulatory compliance, or application outcomes. Final decisions must be verified by the organization and, where appropriate, professional advisers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from the service will be limited to amounts actually paid by the organization during the relevant period, unless a specific contract provides otherwise.
